We got the following report about GameCarver installation issue:
“I seem to be getting an installation bug, something about a PysX3 Controller? This is the first time ive ever installed the software.”
We’ve tried to reproduce this issue on a vanilla windows 7 system but the installation completed successfully.
Potential causes of this issue:
- some antivirus applications may block the installation – you can try to run the installer with the antivirus turned off
- user that runs the installation does not have permissions to write to the “Program Files (x86)” – you can try to install GameCarver to a different directory where user has write permissions
